File Storage & Deletion

Files you upload are processed in an isolated, encrypted environment:

• Uploaded files are automatically deleted within 1 hour of processing completion.
• Processed output files are available for download for up to 24 hours, then permanently deleted.
• You may request immediate deletion by contacting [email protected].

All files are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).

Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: Trusted third parties who assist in operating our platform — bound by strict data processing agreements.
• AI processing: File content is transmitted to Anthropic's Claude API. Anthropic's privacy policy applies.
